How long does the exhibition last?

The visit will last about 75 minutes.

Will the exhibition be held indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition takes place indoors.

Will the venue be heated?

The exhibition takes place in autumn/winter, so the venue will have central heating.

Is there food and drink available for purchase on-site?

No, but there are food vendors near the exhibition.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, parking spaces are available on the premises.

Is parking free?

Yes there is a parking free

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

Tickets can be purchased on-site, exclusively through card payment. However, we recommend buying tickets online in advance.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I have to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app in the "Tickets" section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used to purchase the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Date and/or time changes are subject to availability up to 48 hours prior to the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us and provide your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to make a reservation for a group, please contact us to let us know your preferred date and group size.

Do I have to show up at the beginning of my scheduled session?

It is recommended to arrive within the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.

What happens if I am late?

"If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on the capacity at that time. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the experience."

Is the exhibition available in several languages?

Yes, the exhibition provides information in several languages. The information boards in the foyer are in German and English. However, you can also read this information in French and Italian by scanning a corresponding QR code. The VoiceOver in the immersive room, which is only available in German, can be read in English, French and Italian thanks to the QR code. (Please use your mobile phone to scan the QR code.)

Is it a QR code with audio files and articles to read?

We provide a QR code for the article to read. At the moment we don’t provide any audio files or audio guides.

Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?

Only assistance dogs are allowed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The exhibition is wheelchair accessible.

Are there wheelchairs for rent?

No it is unfortunately not available

What items are prohibited in the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Flash photography, alcohol, or anything that may disturb other visitors is prohibited. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.

Are there free tickets for people accompanying severely disabled persons?

Yes, a free companion ticket can be provided for each paying visitor with a "severely disabled B" pass.

Is the experience accessible to the deaf?

The experience may be accessible for the deaf, but the experience might be impacted.

Are there options for the visually impaired?

Unfortunately, our exhibition is mostly visual and does not offer special options for the visually impaired.

Are strobe lights used?

No.

Are there chairs? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?

There will be a limited number of chairs available.

Are there restrooms on site?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. However, please make sure that you do not use Flash and do not disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there a lost and found office?

No.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code, but since the experience usually lasts about an hour, we recommend comfortable shoes and clothing.

Is there an age restriction?

No.

Do children have to pay for a ticket?

Only Children until 6 years old don’t pay for a ticket.
