What can I expect from The Last Supper - Leonardo Da Vinci?

Experience "The Last Supper" by the great Da Vinci like never before, thanks to a 360-degree space where you can admire every single brushstroke as if in no other museum.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Raumfabrik, Heddernheimer Höfe 153, 60439 Frankfurt

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 75 minutes.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Is there central heating?

The exhibit takes place in autumn / winter so the venue of course provides for central heating.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Is there parking available?

Parking space is available at the venue.

Is the parking free?

Parking fee is euro 3 and can only paid at the door. No reservation is possible

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Tickets can purchase at the door. Card only. We recommend to buy the tickets in advance online.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, pleasecontact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request, Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following timeslots.

Only service dogs are allowed.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
