What can I expect from "Leonardo da Vinci - The Last Supper"?

Experience “The Last Supper” by the great Da Vinci like never before in a 360-degree room where you can admire every brush stroke like no other museum.

How long does the exhibition last?

The visit lasts approximately 75 minutes.

Will the exhibition take place indoors or outdoors?

The exhibition takes place indoors.

Will the venue be heated/air conditioned?

The exhibition will take place in summer/winter the venue will have air conditioning/heating.

Is there food and drinks available to purchase?

No, but there are food vendors near the exhibition.

Do I have to show up at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended to arrive within the time stated on your ticket. However, you can still arrive within the following 10 minutes.

What happens if I'm late?

If you arrive late, your entry will depend on capacity at that time. This can lead to an indefinite waiting time or denied entry.

Is the exhibition available in multiple languages?

Yes, the exhibition provides its information in several languages. The information boards in the foyer are in German and English. However, you can also read this information in French and Italian by scanning a corresponding QR code. The VoiceOver in the immersive room, which is only available in German, can be read in English, French and Italian thanks to the QR code (please use your own mobile phone to scan the QR code).

Is the QR code to be scanned for audio files and articles to read?

We provide a QR code for the relevant articles for you to read. We currently do not provide any audio files or our own audio guide.

Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?

Only assistance dogs are allowed.

Where can I buy tickets?
Can I buy tickets at the box office?

Tickets can be purchased on site. However, we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Please contact MusterTicket for further assistance. Be sure to include your booking number.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets can also be validated digitally.

Is a refund possible? What is the exchange policy?

Exchanging or taking back tickets that have already been purchased is fundamentally excluded. (The sale of tickets for a concert, musical, theater, sports or other leisure event does not constitute a distance selling contract within the meaning of Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 9 BGB.) Even if the ticket is lost, no replacement is possible .

Exceptions include cancellation or rescheduling of an event. In this case, tickets can be returned to the ticket office where you purchased the tickets.

If the event is canceled, terminated or postponed due to circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible (e.g. force majeure), the visitor's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded. In the event of cancellation or termination, the organizer will reschedule the event as far and as soon as possible and reasonable. If the event is postponed or - in the event of cancellation or cancellation - rescheduled, the tickets for the alternative date of the event remain valid.

No, unfortunately wheelchairs are not available.

What items are prohibited during this experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Flash photography, alcohol and anything that could disturb other visitors are prohibited. Smoking or vaping is not permitted.

Are there free tickets for people accompanying people with severe disabilities?

Yes, a free accompanying person can be provided for every paying visitor with a severely disabled person's pass B.

Is the experience accessible to deaf people?

The experience is accessible to those who are deaf, but may have disabilities.

Are there options for the visually impaired?

Unfortunately, our exhibition is primarily visual and does not offer any special options for the visually impaired.

Are strobe lights used?

No, strobe lights are not used.

Are there chairs? Can I sit during the experience/exhibition?

A limited number of chairs will be available.

Are there toilets?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

You are welcome to take photos and share them. However, please make sure that you do not use a flash or disturb other visitors. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there a lost property office?

No.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, but no liability is assumed.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code, but as the experience typically lasts around an hour, we recommend comfortable shoes and clothing.

Is there an age restriction?

No.
